This is an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity within Skylight, part of SHG, where you will develop the skills to assist with financial processing and administration support to Stockport Homes Ltd, ensuring timelines and accuracy of input of financial data to the company’s financial system.

With support from the Corporate Finance Team, you will respond to and deal with queries from both internal and external customers and be coached and guided to ensure the accurate processing of payments to suppliers and charges to customers. 

A study package will be provided enabling you to gain an AAT qualification while learning in the workplace at the same time.

No specific experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the aptitude and discipline to undertake a relevant qualification at the appropriate level (linked to current qualifications and experience). A good working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications is required, and you must have the ability to work co-operatively as part of a team but also on your own initiative.
