We have a vacancy for a Housing Support Officer - Community Hub tasked with assisting socially isolated customers to access a range of group activities in Stockport.
Delivering a personable & professional service to customers on the phone, face to face and whilst facilitating social groups in the community will be essential. Nurturing positive working relationships with a range of internal teams at SHG & external partner agencies is key to the success of this role.
Working closely with the Housing Support Team and wider Inclusion Team will be essential in order to generate referrals. Candidates will have robust IT skills in order to update customer action plans & risk assessments.
Adhering to safeguarding policies & procedures is essential when supporting a caseload of customers who may have vulnerabilities & additional support needs.
