If you have expert knowledge of the benefits system, can quickly identify options to help customers to improve their finances and want to work on a team dedicated to making a difference to customers and their lives this could be the job for you!
As a Money Advisor you will provide comprehensive advice and support via telephone, email, and face to face, including visiting customers in their homes.
Maximising income and reducing indebtedness will be at the heart of everything you do, and you will be working in a fast paced, results driven team and the outcomes are so rewarding.
At a time when customers face difficult financial turmoil you will be part of a team that will work to minimise crisis and you will be working for a company that really cares and wants you to enjoy coming to work every day!

Full UK driving license and use of a car is essential for this role.
