If so, we want you to join our team as a Customer Experience & Growth Assistant Team Leader at Stockport Homes!

As the Customer Experience & Growth Assistant Team Leader, you will support the Customer Experience & Growth Officer in managing day-to-day operations and leading the team to deliver high-quality, responsive services. You will work closely with both the Independent Living and Carecall teams to ensure customers are receiving the best possible support while promoting service development and growth opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting in leading and motivating the Customer Experience & Growth team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Supporting the Carecall and Independent Living services, ensuring customer needs are met, and service levels are consistently high.
  • Engaging directly with customers, responding to queries and ensuring they have access to the right services and support to maintain their independence.
  • Helping manage service improvements and growth initiatives to expand customer reach and enhance their experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure the use of relevant technologies and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and service regulations, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

We are looking for a proactive leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing or supporting teams to deliver high-performance results.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing a first-class experience.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members, using excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to manage data to track performance and report on outcomes.
  • Experience in housing, care, or customer service sectors is desirable.
