Join our team and lead The Prevention Alliance (TPA) partnership and services. As the Alliance Partnership and Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic and operational management at the TPA.
We are seeking someone with extensive experience in delivering services to vulnerable people, adept at managing complex, people-centered, and customer-focused services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering service improvements for customers and communities through partnership approaches. They should excel in forging successful partnerships with a wide range of internal and external bodies and possess the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire dispersed teams in line with Stockport Homes’ values and culture. Additionally, they should be an organisational expert with in-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practice. The ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities to meet targets, deliver successful and diverse projects, and achieve outcomes is essential.

SKylight is a Community benefit society established in 2018 and was set up as the charitable arm of Stockport Homes Group. As a Community benefit society, SKylight was set up for the benefit of the community with a social objective.
SKylight works closely with the people of Stockport to help transform lives in local communities including furniture recycling, providing accommodation and intensive support to people who are homeless, affordable holiday clubs for local children, and a network of community stores called Pantries to help people make their money go further.
