We have an exciting opportunity in our Carecall Team as a Carecall Officer!

We are looking for compassionate, empathetic, and warm individuals with good decision-making skills and flexibility. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating resourcefulness and strong problem-solving abilities. The role requires effective multitasking and prioritisation.
Whilst IT skills are essential; you don't need to be an expert. Confidence in using a computer, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to follow clear instructions and procedures are key. Compliance with TSA standards and guidelines is key, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, whether through phone or in-person interactions. As a 24/7 service, operating 365 days a year.
Due to the nature of the role, you would be required to hold a full UK driving licence, but you wouldn’t need access to your own car.
The role involves working a mixture of shifts on a 16-week rota, the shifts include the following, 06:45-14:45 14:30-22:30 and 22:00-06:45.
