Motiv8 Key Worker (DWP Project)
Full Time (37 hours)

The Skylight Employment team are recruiting to a (DWP Funded) Motiv8 Keyworker to join the wider Motiv8 delivery partnership across Greater Manchester. Funding initially been secured until March 2024 with the hope to secure alternative funding to extend the role.
This role involves working with those who are aged 18 and over who have complex needs. The service has been designed to offer one to one support for a minimum of 6 months to remove barriers for people to move forward towards employment, training and job searching. If you have experience in supporting complex individuals to create action plans to improve their health and well-being then this could be the role for you.
The role of the Motiv8 Keyworker is to work closely with the customer to produce a detailed action plan and identify interventions that will support them on their journey towards employment, training, and volunteering. You will work in Stockport and across Greater Manchester with various stakeholders and members of the wider Motiv8 partnership to deliver the core service and achieve the Motiv8 contract parameters. The successful candidate will offer advice and guidance to customers to help them make positive changes in their lives and reduce their barriers to employment, training and job searching.
