We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technology Enabled Care professional, with the ambition and drive to take a leading role in an established provider service – so if this sounds like you, keep on reading!

We have created a brand-new TEC Service & Transformation Manager role, and this person will help Stockport Homes Group to grow and develop its Carecall Service. The successful person will work alongside our Operational Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery of services across multiple 24hr teams, and they will be supported by a Head of Service.

We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and make key business decisions, often in fast-paced and demanding situations. The successful person will really be able to put their stamp on things and shape how services are delivered, and they will lead on transformation and positive change.

You’ll be a strong people manager, who has experience in the TEC sector already, and you’ll have a clear understanding of how TEC can help to transform lives and support independence.

If you have previous experience in achieving TSA Accreditation (Carecall are an accredited provider) then even better – but don’t let that put you off applying as you will have a really supportive team around you, to help with this!

You will have the opportunity to lead on a range of digital enabled living projects, supported by a dedicated project manager, and you will truly shape how Carecall’s services develop and improve over time. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to really progress their career as you will have lots of opportunity to learn new skills, develop relationships with senior external partners as well as internal senior management teams and you will gain valuable experience of running a business unit.

You’ll need to:

  • Be an outgoing and confident leader who can build key relationships
  • Be focused on growing the customer base and securing new income streams
  • Be a strong communicator and a team player, who naturally engages the people they are responsible for
  • Be able to fit into a well-established service whilst also making the role what you want it to be
  • Be passionate about TEC and the life-changing impact it can have

Working at Carecall is more than just a job… the team are a close-knit group who consider themselves to be more like a family, and they are so proud of the work they do helping to transform the lives of some of our most vulnerable customers.

This is a hands-on role, so we require someone who can work out of our offices in Stockport, and visit local partners, agencies and customers when needed. For that reason, it wouldn’t suit anyone looking for mainly home-working, but where possible we do encourage a hybrid approach to work and you will have the opportunity to balance your week as needed, to maximise on the potential of working remotely when possible.

If this sounds like a team you’d love to lead, then click on the link to apply.
